Biography:

I’ve always had a passion for natural healthcare. After graduating from Bastyr University in 1998, I joined a private practice where I had the opportunity to deepen my diagnostic skills in women’s healthcare, pediatrics, and primary care.  Over the last 18 years, my clinical experience has been diverse; I’ve worked with many symptoms and dis-eases ranging from fatigue to chronic illnesses.

One of my greatest strengths is listening to my patients and helping provide a pathway to obtaining their optimal health.  I believe, strongly, in the body’s ability to heal itself!  Throughout the years, I’ve focused on many modalities that address the mental/emotional, spiritual and physical areas of life.  Recently, my focus has been on nutrition, movement and lifestyle changes to help a patient’s body when it’s not functioning optimally.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenagers.  I love being outside hiking, skiing, running.  When not outside I enjoy reading, knitting, or watching one of my favorite sports teams!
